Due to the intimate nature of our products, our Return Policy is limited and specific.
We guarantee that your order will arrive in the condition depicted in that item’s representative photos from our website. In the event that your order arrives in damaged, altered, or otherwise not in new condition, you may return that item for a 1) full refund or 2) an exchange for an item of equal value or 3) an exchange for an item of lesser value plus a refund for the difference in cost.
If you opt for a refund, we will pay for shipping for the item to be returned via USPS and we will refund your initial cost of shipping.
If you opt for an exchange, we will pay for shipping for the item to be returned via USPS and we will also pay for shipping for the new item.
WHAT can be returned? All EsculptaUSA items that arrive in damaged, altered, or otherwise not new condition may be returned.
WHEN do items need to be returned by? Items sent for return must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt of the item.
WHERE do items need to be returned to? A shipping address will be provided to customers who wish to return an item.
HOW do customers return items? Place the item in its original packaging but remove the shipping stickers that were affixed to the package for shipment to you. Return the package via United States Postal Service.
